“We’re thrilled to have all our new team members join us in October, this represents over 10% growth in the team here in a month! We’re particularly excited to see our Sales Development team growing with two really engaging individuals in Leyre and Jerry who bring some exciting stories about their experience.
“Dean joins our Product Management team as a referral from an existing team member and a personal joy to find we are connected by a mutual acquaintance - it truly represents our principle ‘we build relationships’. Finally, we’ve got two great leaders joining us this month, firstly Akos, who is spending valuable time with us as a strategy consultant as we look at the steps we need to take to achieve our mission. Secondly, we bring in an experienced leader to our team in Global Talent in Jacque, whose wealth of experience in Talent Attraction and Acquisition will really help us scale.

Akos Csernus, Strategy Consultant, UK 979988
Akos is a seasoned Business Operations Executive with significant transformation experience and a focus on leading change. He joins us as a Strategy Consultant and previously worked as the Director of Change & Deployment at Mckinsey & Company. He is also a consultant, coach, and service operations leader. A husband and a father of two daughters, his life purpose is to alleviate poverty and afford dignity to migrants and refugees.
Cari Pollack, Director of Demand Generation, USA
Cari joins us as the Director of Demand Generation, having previously worked as a Senior Marketing Technology Manager. Cari was excited to join CloudFactory because she loves working for a mission that she believes in, surrounded by like-minded people, where she can also combine her passion for digital transformation and marketing automation. Her hobbies include art, photography, and painting.
Dean Cuthbert, Product Manager, UK
Dean joins us as Product Manager and enjoys traveling and immersing himself in different cultures and experiences. Wherever he goes, he always makes sure he tries the local cuisine and learns a few words!
Franklyn Muganda Omuga, IT Service Delivery Analyst, Kenya
Franklin joins us as an IT Service Delivery Analyst. Prior to joining us, he worked as an IT Support Assistant in the real estate sector. Franklin has a passion for IT, with a keen interest in AI, ICT Support, and Cybersecurity. His hobbies include football and rugby, and he also enjoys traveling. Franklin’s motivation in life includes helping others realize their dreams; everyone is unique in their own way.
Ganga Manandhar, Delivery Associate, Nepal
Ganga is an MBA graduate from Apex College, Pokhara University. She joined HLE Nepal right after completion of her Masters and worked as a Workflow Manager for four years prior to joining us. She loves always being there for her family and friends and keeping them happy. What excites her about joining CloudFactory is our great culture and working environment.
Jacqueline Field, Director of Talent Attraction and Acquisition, UK
Jacqueline has extensive experience in a number of different industries, spanning physical and software products. She loves to enable individuals to reach their full potential - be they friends, family, or new candidates. She loves playing team sports, particularly hockey, and is kept busy with her two-year-old daughter. Jacqueline enjoys new challenges and is inspired by the way we align our business strategy with our mission.
Jerry Dee, Sales Development Representative, UK
Jerry is excited to work for a company with a purpose that changes people's lives through technology. She joins us as a Sales Development Representative and comes from a Sales and Marketing background. She loves cooking, especially cuisines from places she’s visited on her travels. Alongside recently starting to learn Spanish, Jerry’s purpose in life is to be grateful for any opportunities and to remain humble always
John Jeffries, Sales Manager, USA
John previously worked as the Director of Sales at New Horizons and now joins CloudFactory as a Sales manager. He is a proactive, innovative leader with extensive experience in business development, marketing, sales management, and product development in software, SaaS, Digital Transformation, Security, Education, Pharma, Online, Mobile, Video, and Digital media. He is excited to join CloudFactory because of our mission and goals and is keen to help enhance those goals with his experience and passion.
Juliet Wanyoike, Associate Community Manager, Kenya
Juliet is a student of psychology with a keen interest in how the brain relates to the mind and behavior from childhood to adulthood. Juliet began her journey with us as a cloud worker in February 2021. Her leadership abilities were recognized, which led her to become a cloud worker team captain. Juliet continued to show interest in growing as a leader worth following; signing up for training development and leading one of our ‘toli’ groups. Her enthusiasm and passion meant she gained the skills and experience to become one of our Associate Community Managers, and will now spend her time serving others in their own journeys. In her free time, she likes engaging in activities that will challenge her knowledge of the world around her through the internet, books, and travel where possible.
Leyre Raimundo, Sales Development Representative, UK
Leyre joins us as a Sales Development Representative, having previously worked in Event Sales for Ecovia Intelligence. She is creative, ambitious, and an intuitive leader with five years of experience in all aspects of contracting and marketing. This includes maintaining adequate supplies, evaluating partners' reliability, negotiating cost savings, expediting deliveries, and resolving quality issues. Leyre’s love of new adventures is what makes her excited to work for CloudFactory.
Rupesh Thapa, Delivery Associate, Nepal
Rupesh has joined us as a Delivery Associate. After having worked across a range of industries, he is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and experience to CloudFactory and being the best version of himself. He is especially excited about his new role here because of the company culture and the people. Outside of work, Rupesh enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and watching movies.
Sharon Adhikari, Delivery Associate, Nepal
Sharon joins us as a Delivery Associate, having previously worked as a Business and Administration manager in the hospitality industry. She’s really excited to join Cloudfactory and work alongside professionals who are part of a multicultural experience. She is especially looking forward to experiencing the work culture of CloudFactory - and loves that we’re centered around people and personal/professional growth. Sharon enjoys painting, dancing, traveling, and exploring different cuisines, cultures, and lifestyles.
Shraddha Paudel, Associate Community Manager, Nepal
Shraddha joins us as an Associate Community Manager in Nepal. She loves meeting new people and understanding different perspectives and viewpoints, so she herself can expand her knowledge. . Aligning with her personal values, Shraddha joined Cloudfactory to help both herself and others reach their full potential, and is excited to add to her experiences with us as a great milestone for her personal and professional growth. Apart from building communities, she loves to travel, read books, listen to music and watch tv shows and movies.
Vishruti Rana, Delivery Associate, Nepal
Vishruti joins us as a Delivery Associate. She’s excited for the opportunity to meet and work with a wide range of people and to build connections, as well as helping her explore and work in a new industry Vishruti previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator and is looking forward to earning, learning and serving in CloudFactory.
